What limitations are there on maximum file sizes for the Snap OS?

- Snap OS version 3.4 and above.

---Solution---

The Snap OS has the following maximum file sizes listed by protocol:

Files over NFS are limited to 2TB by our file system.

Apple files over Apple File Protocol (AFP)are limited to 2GB.

Files from Novell clients are limited to 2GB.

Windows clients with NT SMBs disabled are limited to 4GB.

Windos cliensts with NT SMBs enabled are limited to 2TB by our file system.

The maximum number of files per folder on a Snap OS Server is 32,000.

Third party applications used with Snap Servers may have file size limitations of their own.
