Error code 0405 Drive Initialization Error

Problem:
Error code 0405 appears on the front panel of the ARCvault after adding a half height LTO4 tape drive.
Solution:
Upgrade the ARCvault's firmware to the most current revision. Half height LTO4 tape drives were not supported

Solution: There are two ways to download a full trace file from an ARCvault. If the unit is configured on the network, you can use a Web browser and RMU to capture the trace file. You can also use FTP to extract a Full Trace log
