Our technical support teams stand ready to assist you with all of your technical questions regarding your Overland Storage products. Whether it is installation and configuration assistance or help resolving a product failure we are here to help. Overland support is located across the globe to provide you with assistance no matter what time zone you are in.


Online Support:

You may find the quickest way to open a support case with us is to use our online web portal. Click Here to open a support call - you will be prompted to login then select one of your registered products, and an active case number will be generated immediately.

You may also open a support call by sending an email to support@overlandstorage.com - please include your contact details and full registration information for the product you are inquiring about.

ATTENTION: Calls opened electronically will be reviewed and responded to by one of our primary support teams in California or the United Kingdom during their standard business hours. If you have a 7x24 entitlement please utilize one of our other contact options.




Telephone:

For urgent, complex problems, or on-site service contract entitlements, contacting our support teams by telephone may be the most expedient option. Please contact the support team in your geography, and have the existing case number, contract or product registration details available when you call.

Asia Pacific:

  • For fastest support please call direct to your assigned service provider. Contact numbers for the provider can be found on the Service certificate that was sent when the product was registered or when the purchased enhanced service or extended coverage was processed. Our Warranty Administration group can provide you with a new certificate if needed See below for contact information.

Customer Service (RMA and Warranty Administration)

Overland customer service groups located in California and the United Kingdom are available during standard business hours to answer questions regarding Return Material Authorizations (RMA’s), Product registrations, warranty and contract coverage, as well as other support activity that you require. Service Contract Sales:

Overland service contract sales staff is available to help you with pricing and renewal of your Overland Storage support agreement. We offer multiple support levels designed to provide the right level of coverage and peace of mind that your Overland product will be properly maintained and operate as designed.
